We refer to the site meeting on 14 March 2026 (minute 4.2) at which you instructed the Contractor to relocate the substation foundation by 1 800 mm to the west. As required by Clause 17.1, please find attached the formal Contract Instruction CI-024 confirming this instruction. The Contractor will submit a priced Variation Order under Clause 26.5. - Do I need the official JBCC contracts as well?
- Yes. These templates are administration and drafting supplements. The contracts themselves — JBCC PBA 6.2 and MWA 5.2 — are published by JBCC NPC and sold at jbcc.co.za. Setout does not include or replace the JBCC publications.
- Which JBCC edition?
- PBA 6.2 (May 2018, with errata) and MWA 5.2. We will refresh the pack when JBCC publishes the next material revision.
- Is the final account workbook locked?
- No. It's an .xlsx with formulas exposed. Adapt the columns to match your cost reports.
- Does it include the Principal Agent's procedural diary?
- Yes. A monthly procedural checklist mapped to JBCC clause numbers, so nothing slips because everyone assumed someone else was watching.
- Editable, or locked PDFs?
