Three things we do.

We do not litigate. We do not project manage. We do not quantity survey. We administer the construction contract — on retainer, in templates, or as a one-off adaptation.

Live contract administration

We act as the employer's contract administrator on retainer. Compensation events assessed against Clause 60.1. Programmes accepted or rejected against Clause 31. Certificates issued in time. Defects logged. Claims answered.

    Monthly retainer with a defined hours envelope, or fixed-fee per-project. Anything beyond the envelope is logged and quoted before it's run.

    Deliverable

    Every notice, certificate and assessment the contract demands — issued on time, in the contract's own language. Closeout pack assembled from day one.
