    We assemble a custom assistant on top of your contracts, Z-clause library and administration playbook. Setup fee covers ingestion, structuring, deployment and a team training session.

  3. 03

    Deploy

    Live to your team. Monthly fee covers usage, model updates, and contract revisions as your standards evolve.

Live Contract Administration

We act as the employer's contract administrator on retainer. Compensation events assessed against Clause 60.1. Programmes accepted or rejected against Clause 31. Certificates issued in time. Defects logged. Claims answered.

    Monthly retainer with a defined hours envelope, or fixed-fee per-project. Anything beyond the envelope is logged and quoted before it's run.

    Deliverable

    Every notice, certificate and assessment the contract demands — issued on time, in the contract's own language. Closeout pack assembled from day one.
