Live administration module
Every notice and certificate the contract demands.
Where ECC3 says "the Project Manager notifies", "the Supervisor instructs" or "the Contractor submits" — there is a template for it, drafted to the right clause with the right addressees. ECS3 mirrors that spine with the parties shifted to Contractor and Subcontractor. ECSC3 collapses the chain to Employer and Contractor. PSC3 and PSSC3 hand the same role set to the Employer's Agent / Client and the Consultant. Eighty-plus clause-indexed instruments, across the five operational forms.

Every pack has worked examples drafted to the same standard we use on retainer. The point isn't volume; it's that every notice cites its clause and every quotation separates the things the contract asks you to separate.

FAQ
Things people ask.
- Which NEC3 forms are covered?
- Six forms: ECC3 (main works), ECS3 (subcontract), ECSC3 (short construction contract), PSC3 (professional services), PSSC3 (short professional services), and AC3 (adjudicator's contract, used with Option W1). Each form ships with a development template, and the five operational forms share a clause-indexed administration spine — early warnings, instructions, access, compensation events, payment, completion, defects, takeover, termination — with the parties shifted as each form requires. A methodology note for using PSC3 as a subcontract to a PSC3 main contract (PSS3 application) is included.
- NEC3 or NEC4?
- NEC3, third edition with the most recent corrigenda. We'll publish an NEC4 pack separately when there is enough live NEC4 work in South Africa to justify it.
- Does the pack include Z-clauses?
- Yes. A starter Z-clause register with justifications, drafted for South African employers — CIDB, BBBEE, OHS Act, payment terms aligned to the Construction Industry Development Board's Practice Note. Edit them. They are starting points, not house style.
- Editable, or locked PDFs?
- Editable .docx and .xlsx. No DRM, no per-seat licence. Use them inside your firm or on your projects. Do not republish them as your own product.
- Do you support the pack?
- One round of email questions in the first 30 days, included. After that, anything more is a paid engagement under live administration or project-specific adaptation.
