Which NEC3 forms are covered?
Six forms: ECC3 (main works), ECS3 (subcontract), ECSC3 (short construction contract), PSC3 (professional services), PSSC3 (short professional services), and AC3 (adjudicator's contract, used with Option W1). Each form ships with a development template, and the five operational forms share a clause-indexed administration spine — early warnings, instructions, access, compensation events, payment, completion, defects, takeover, termination — with the parties shifted as each form requires. A methodology note for using PSC3 as a subcontract to a PSC3 main contract (PSS3 application) is included.
NEC3 or NEC4?
NEC3, third edition with the most recent corrigenda. We'll publish an NEC4 pack separately when there is enough live NEC4 work in South Africa to justify it.
Does the pack include Z-clauses?
Yes. A starter Z-clause register with justifications, drafted for South African employers — CIDB, BBBEE, OHS Act, payment terms aligned to the Construction Industry Development Board's Practice Note. Edit them. They are starting points, not house style.
